This is a brilliant podcast and one that I look forward to engaging with, especially as a co-active coach myself . Phil and Jamie have powerful discussions on important topics.......I would encourage anyone to sail away from the rough waves and anchor themselves into the safe harbour.

Captivated by the openness and storytelling this podcast is refreshingly providing an access to what it means to be a man in 2020. Grappling with societal expectations, navigating COVID, challenging ones thinking, beliefs, and perspectives, this podcast also delivers very practical resources. Listen in you won’t be disappointed. Phil and Jamie’s voices were also made for radio - a bonus!
